I offer a variety of workshops to support employees’ wellbeing. My workshops provide support for staff in a variety of roles, whether as individuals in the workplace, front line staff facing increasing pressures, or those who have line management responsibilities. This can be in person or online.
I combine my therapeutic understanding with over 20 years’ experience in the charity sector including frontline, project management and as a line manager, so we can work together to ensure that your workplace is one employees enjoy being in and others aspire to be.

An interactive workshop that offers practical tools to individuals in protecting their own well-being. There will be an opportunity to reflect on our own emotional needs, how they may or may not be met and what resources we have to change.

Holistic Encounters for Frontline staff
With ever growing pressures on front line staff, this workshop provides practical interview techniques that enable you to hear the information you need while leaving the individual sharing feeling dignified. It will also offer techniques to help prevent burn out and lower the risk of our own emotional responses to the individual stories we hear taking over in the moment.

Workplace Wellness
Working with those responsible for employees in line management positions this workshop will be developed together working with policies and practices already in existence. I will offer some psychoeducation in order to better understand employee responses and work with you to offer the best support leading to improve workplace wellness.
Session length: These sessions will be bespoke and so we can work together on how long we anticipate it taking.
