About me

I am a therapist with a diploma in psychotherapy with 20 years’ experience working in the charity and faith sector in a variety of roles and settings including frontline 1-1 support work through to management of projects and people.

I have spent much of that time with women who have been subjected to domestic abuse and parents of children with additional needs.

It’s through these life experiences that I choose to support individuals with therapy and front line staff working in the charity sector.

As I have had the opportunity to journey with individuals and groups, I am convinced that every human has the capacity to heal and that we’re born as kind and connected beings, but barriers can get in the way of us knowing how to access this healing.

If any of the above resonates with you then please do get in contact and we can arrange a suitable time for a 20 minute conversation to see if us working together can improve your well-being.

I am based in Felixstowe, Suffolk.
