    1:1 Therapy

Have you experienced a change that is causing concern? For example a bereavement, loss or trauma.

Are you are experiencing effects of feeling emotionally unwell? For example stress, anxiety or depression.

Perhaps there’s another reason you’re looking. Whatever’s brought you here, I seek to identify solutions and offer practical tools to support you either online or face to face in Felixstowe town centre.

    Pastoral Supervision

Supervision is about the best possible outcome for the individuals you serve. It is an opportunity for employees to reflect on their practice and the impact their work has on their own wellbeing, this in turn can help enable a more professional and ethical response. In providing a space for personal reflection it can also be part of preventing mental ill health for the employee. Supervision is not line management but can support the working practices of the employee.

About Me

I am a therapist with a diploma in psychotherapy and 20 years’ experience working in the charity and faith sector in a variety of roles and settings including frontline 1-1 support work through to management of projects and people.

I have spent much of that time with women who have been subjected to domestic abuse and parents of children with additional needs.

It’s through these life experiences that I choose to support individuals with therapy and front line staff working in the charity sector.

About me
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion.
— Maya Angelou

Human beings are incredible but there are times surviving feels like all we can achieve. Whether you’re interested in working with me as a therapist or experienced facilitator, I hope that through working together we can explore the next part of your journey in a way that you believe you will thrive.
